Hi, we are sisters Lisa & Julie.

From a young age we have shared a love of weddings and happy events. Finding ourselves smiling whenever wedding bells could be heard ringing it was only too obvious that the wedding and events industry was for us!

Our story began when we dressed Julie's wedding venue and were complimented on how nice it looked. Having purchased numerous decorative items we had pleasure in recycling them to help family and friends to achieve a wow factor for their special events too, before finally being convinced that this flair should be shared with others.

After many talks, thoughts and ideas  we eventually put pen to paper and in 2012 Purple Ivory was born. 

Our initial intention was to provide a chair cover only service as this was seen as the basis of any room transformation however demand and our creativity soon took over and  candelabras, vases, flowers, candles and sweets very quickly became part of Purple Ivory too.

We both love meeting people and always feel privileged to be invited to play a  part of creating somspecial day.

We are both passionate and proud of what we do and feel this has contributed to our success.
